Woodland Christian School Student Donates Animal to Start Scholarship

In the midst of the annual FFA Fair Auction, something special took place. A student from Woodland Christian School took it upon herself to honor the life and legacy of Joe Gates, the longtime auctioneer who passed away earlier this year.
Macie Timothy, a sophomore at WCS and member of FFA, wanted to donate one of her animals to a good cause. Timothy worked with her FFA Advisor, Amy Gumm, to come up with a plan to honor Joe Gates.
